Dr. Shirley established her own practice in 2018. In the Fall of 2021 she merged with Dr. Joe Kiesel, a local dentist who has practiced in East Texas for over 30 years. Dr. Kiesel now practices part time with Dr. Shirley.
Dr. Shirley creates a boutique-style dental experience. She offers flexible, personalized care for your entire family and considers her patients to be friends. She enjoys helping patients have the confidence to smile again either by giving them relief of dental related pain or giving them the beautiful smile they have always wanted. She is here to meet your dental needs, no matter what they may be. She only schedules one patient at a time.
Dr. Anna Shirley
Dr. Anna Shirley grew up in Center, TX, and is happy to be back in East Texas, raising her family and growing her dental practice. Dr. Shirley worked as an assistant for her father, Dr. Danny Windham, while she was in high school and decided she wanted to be a dentist while she was a freshman at Stephen F. Austin University. She soon transferred to Southern Methodist University where she graduated magna cum laude with her bachelor’s degree in chemistry. Dr. Shirley earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree cum laude from UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry. She enjoys being creative, and dentistry is her way to channel that creativity to help others and express her personality.
Dr. Shirley is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Ark La Tex Academy of Dentistry, and has studied at the prestigious Pankey Institute. She takes many advanced courses each year so she can give her patients the best dental experience available.
